Often, people seek therapy only after reaching a breaking point. Yet therapy can be equally valuable before a crisis develops.
Some clients arrive wanting help with anxiety or depression. Others want to improve relationships, manage workplace stress, navigate major decisions, or better understand recurring patterns in their lives.
Therapy creates an opportunity to slow down and examine experiences that are often ignored in the busyness of daily life. The goal is not perfection. The goal is developing the awareness, skills, and resilience needed to navigate life more effectively.
Many people spend years meeting responsibilities, supporting others, and pushing forward despite increasing levels of stress, frustration, emotional fatigue, or dissatisfaction.
Outwardly, life may appear stable while internally they feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck.
Depending on your needs, therapy may include:
Every person's experiences, personality, and circumstances are different. My role is to understand your unique situation and tailor therapy to your goals, challenges, and strengths.
The sessions are also not tool heavy, or methodolgy heavy. I strive to create a comfortable environment, where we ease into your tailored therapy, and we adjust according to your disposition each session.

I take face-to-face sessions during regular working hours. In emergent cases, I advise you give my office a call, rather than go through the system. We do our best to accommodate your availability.

Regardless of where you are in the world, or even if you are close by and could spare the commute, I can meet with you, virtually. Don't let travel plans stop you from prioritising your mental health.

Coming in as a family - whether it's mother and child ,father and child, or the whole family unit - can seem daunting, but my space is tailored to put you and your family at ease. No frills, or gimics, just an open, and honest environment.
