We work together to understand what's happening, identify what matters most, and find approaches that fit your life.
My work draws on established psychological approaches, adapting them to your individual needs rather than following a single method.
Alongside understanding the deeper patterns behind your difficulties, we focus on practical tools you can use between session
I aim to understand your experiences with genuine curiosity, helping you make sense of them without criticism or assumptions.
Many people begin therapy unsure of what to say or expect. The first sessions are simply a space to talk, understand your concerns, and begin exploring support at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Individual sessions typically last 60 minutes, while family and couples sessions may run 90 minutes. Workshops and group sessions vary — check your specific booking for these times.

Absolutely. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy. What you share stays between you and your therapist, with very rare exceptions (such as imminent risk of harm) which would be discussed with you first.
Children and adolescents are still growing, developing, and changing, which is why thoughtful, developmentally informed care matters. Rather than rushing to labels or assumptions, my approach focuses on careful understanding, appropriate support, and guiding parents toward the care that best supports their child’s emotional and developmental wellbeing.
Especially for children and adolescents, therapy can be most helpful before challenges become overwhelming. Early, preventative support can help strengthen emotional regulation, communication, resilience, and healthy coping skills long before a situation reaches crisis point.
